We promise your print will arrive in perfect condition — framed, printed, and packaged with care. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will replace it at no cost to you.


2. How to Request a Replacement

If something isn’t right with your order:

  1. Email us at info@scenicrouteprints.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include in your email:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photographs of the damage, defect or incorrect item (JPEG or PNG format)
  3. We will review your claim and may ask for additional information if needed.
  4. Once approved, we will send you a replacement — free of charge.

3. Refunds

Since each Scenic Print is made to order with premium materials and framing, we prioritise replacement over refunds. Refunds are not typically available, but we may offer store credit at our discretion in special cases.


4. What’s Not Covered

  • Change of mind or preference after delivery
  • Customised or personalised prints (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Claims made after the 14-day window

5. Shipping & Returns

  • You are responsible for ensuring the package arrives back to us safely if a return is authorised.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
  • We are not liable for items lost in transit if you are returning without approval.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
